I use Home Depot often for smaller contractor jobs, and the pro desk has been a big help. They’ve pulled materials for me, had orders ready quickly, and when one item was missing, they got it fixed without making it a hassle. It saves me a lot of time and extra trips, which makes the workday run smoother.

I had a small issue with my order from Home Depot and expected it to take a while, since some stores make you jump through hoops for simple stuff. But support got back to me quickly and fixed it without turning it into a big hassle. Compared to a few other places I’ve dealt with, this was painless. Happy with how it was handled.

I checked online before I drove over and it said they had 6 in stock. Got there and yep, they were sitting right on the shelf like it said. Saved me from wasting a trip, which I really appreciate. Def not always the case with other stores, so this was a nice little surprise.

"Easy Ordering, But Pickup Was Slower Than Expected"
Ordering on the website was straightforward, so I assumed pickup would be quick too. My order showed as ready, but when I got to the store they couldn’t find one of the items, which added about 25 extra minutes. Not the worst experience, and I’m guessing it was just a mix-up, but it was still a little annoying for what should’ve been a simple pickup.

"Had a good install experience"
I used Home Depot to get a new water heater installed, and it went smoothly. I was expecting—well, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the installer showed up during the window, walked me through what he was doing, and cleaned up the old stuff before he left.
The price ended up being exactly what they quoted me, with no weird surprise charges. Scheduling did take a little time on hold, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out and I’d use them again

My box showed up damaged, which was frustrating, but these things can happen during shipping. I reached out and they handled it quickly without making it complicated. that’s all you can really ask for when something goes wrong.
"Protection plan actually came through"
I got the Home Depot protection plan for my washer, i’m really glad I did. A few months in, it just stopped draining. Super annoying. I figured dealing with the warranty would be a whole thing.
But I called, gave them my info, and they had someone come out quickly. No endless back and forth. No big hassle. For once, the extra protection plan actually felt worth it.

"My latest curbside pickup was a breeze"
I just did curbside pickup after ordering online, it was way easier than I expected. The guy came out quickly, loaded everything right into my trunk, and I didn’t have to wander around the store at all. After this last experience, I’d definitely do it this way again.

The fridge did get delivered and installed, so that part was okay. It just arrived later than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Maybe I missed some update or misunderstood the timing, but I was waiting around longer than I thought I’d have to.

I was expecting my order to arrive on the scheduled day, so I made sure to be home and kept checking the tracking. The problem was, the tracking barely updated, so I didn’t really know what was going on. It ended up showing up a day late, which meant I had to hang around the house longer than I had planned. The good news is that everything arrived in good shape and nothing was damaged, so that was a relief. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do wish the delivery had been more reliable and easier to follow.

"Tool rental was easy"
Not gonna lie, renting a floor sander for the weekend was way easier than I expected. Pickup was quick, and the guy at the counter even helped me load it into my car. The sander worked great, and returning it was no hassle at all

I use the Home Depot app on my phone most of the time, and it’s been good overall. Stuff usually loads quick, the search finds more or less what I’m looking for, and checking if something is in stock at my store is simple enough.
I also like being able to pull up old orders without having to poke around forever. I had checkout get a little slow one time, but it still went through, so not a huge deal. For quick shopping, it just makes things a lot less of a hassle...

"Refund Took Longer Than I Expected"
The return itself was fine, so I’m not saying the whole experience was bad or anything. It just took longer than I think it should have to get my refund back. I understand these things can take a few days, but it still felt a bit slow to me.

I ordered online for in-store pickup and it was ready the same day, which was nice. When I got there though, it took a bit for someone to track down my order, and something about the pickup area was kind of confusing. The item itself was totally fine once I got it.
