"Thanks for the awesome customer support"
We've placed our second order online, and this time we reached out to a fantastic customer service representative named Tracy. The initial order was a breeze, no issues at all, but this time we required a bit of help. Tracy was there for us, and she even suggested some additional items, which we really value since they were things we might not have thought about. In these times, a little positivity goes a long way.

"Our Experience with a KitchenAid Dishwasher Installation"
We just got ourselves a KitchenAid Dishwasher and had it set up. Two guys showed up to deliver and install it, and I knew we were in for a rough ride when one of them tried to yank out the old dishwasher by the door without loosening the legs first—yep, he ended up pulling the door right off the hinges. Then, the other tech cranked the water valve too tight, which led to a leak. Between them, they had just one tool—pliers. We ended up having to call in a plumber who actually knew what he was doing, and he came equipped with the right tools. He swapped out the broken valve, took away the old dishwasher, and did a proper job installing the new one.

"Mixed Opinions on Home Depot?"
I’m not quite certain if these folks are referring to the same Home Depot, but I reside in West Windsor, and most of the staff don’t appear to be too concerned about customers, with a few exceptions. I think the one who helped me was named Ghania or something like that. She really set a good standard for what an employee should be. Overall, the experience isn’t terrible as long as you encounter the right individuals.

"Installing Windows"
Initially, it took a few weeks for Home Depot to reach out and set up a free consultation for my windows. When they finally got in touch, the lady mentioned that meeting after 2:30 PM would be a hassle due to travel time. Since that’s a bit of a bother, just go ahead and cancel it; I’m not too fussed about being a paying customer.

"Top-notch Customer Service Experience"
Home Depot really had my back when I faced an issue with a product. They accepted the door return without any fuss and gave me a full refund. I can't express how thrilled we are with their support. Huge thanks to Scott at the Roseville store—you’re the best!

"Top-notch support at Mansfield, TX"
I visited the Mansfield store looking to pick up some stuff to secure my place, like locks and drawer handles. Rhonda was super helpful and made me feel confident about installing the drawer handles on my own. She guided me through all the info I needed. I ended up buying the drill and handles, and they look fantastic! Big thanks to Rhonda for being so great!

"Great Spot"
I always discover awesome bargains at Home Depot. Most of the stuff I typically require is all in one place. Usually, getting assistance and having my queries addressed is pretty easy, though there are times when it’s the other way around, but thankfully that doesn’t happen often.

"Fantastic support at the Mansfield store"
I visited the Mansfield shop looking to pick up some stuff to secure my place, like locks and drawer handles. "Good Place"
I will always find good deals here at Home Depot. Basically most of what i usually need is under one roof. Getting help and getting my questions answered is normally a breeze although sometimes I run into the opposite but luckily this is rare.

"Awesome Service from the Team!"
I just gotta give a shoutout to Ms. Lamyra Simmons and Tim Herber at the HD store on West Broad Street in Glen Allen, VA. They really went above and beyond for me last week when I was buying 3 new appliances for my place. Ms. Simmons even stuck around after her shift to help me out, since there was no one else available when I got there. Then, Mr. Herber came over from flooring to lend a hand, keeping up the fantastic service that Ms. Simmons had already shown. Big thanks to both of them; great customer service is truly priceless!
